We were charged with securing broadcast coverage on behalf of our pharmaceutical client’s involvement in the treatment of rare diseases.

During European Rare Diseases Day, we secured coverage on Channel 4 News, having presented the national media with a case study involving a patient with Fabry disease. Our intimate understanding of the broadcast news landscape – their needs and working practices – as well as our contacts there – were key to securing this important awareness-raising coverage. Our team has since worked in the rare disease niche, specifically on a project concerning implementation of the European Cross Border Healthcare Directive, and its relevance to patients as well as doctors, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
