Projects for this major provider of health screening software and data management for primary care and pharmacy in England included carrying out an in-depth analysis of the new health landscape during the handover of public health from NHS to Local Authority control.

Based on the period of flux involved, our team commissioned and produced 3 White Papers on the subject of successful provision of NHS Health Checks to act in a thought leadership capacity. These were distributed to key media titles, and formed the basis of an NHS Health Check event during The Commissioning Show.

 

The highly successful event was filmed, and interviews with Health Diagnostics' experts and partners were carried out ahead of the resulting media coverage in Guardian Society, Commissioning Success, Occupational Health, Community Pharmacist, Chemist & Druggist, Training Matters and P3.

Our activities led to new enquiries from key decision makers who were involved in the commissioning of NHS Health Checks and other services. The project also brought together people from the many professions involved in this important aspect of public health, in particular those involved in the highly complex task of data collection, and in screening 'hard to reach', high risk populations.
